COST:

Shipping cost is calculated automatically in the store and is visible at CheckOut when you enter an Address. We sometimes offer FREE SHIPPING on larger orders - so adding more items to your cart could remove any Shipping Fees completely.

USA? We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) (paid by ourselves) which includes any duties/tariffs due.

How long will it take?
Delivery times vary depending on location:
For example, we estimate:
UK: 2 to 3 Days (we also offer a “Guaranteed 2 work-days max” Shipping Option)
USA, Canada, Australia, etc, and most of the rest of the world: 1 to 2 weeks

EU countries in Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
Are you sending to a European / EU address? The EU may charge VAT on delivery. This can slow Customs and delay shipping time. Obviously this does NOT apply (and there is NO Value Added Tax nor delay) if you are sending to NON-EU countries like UK, USA, Australia, etc.

We try our hardest to get your order to you as soon as possible - within the limits of reasonable shipping costs. But please note: Sometimes, shipping times may be a bit slower than normal (for example, because of Customs, Christmas, etc). We are very sorry about this, but please be patient, your package will definitely arrive in the shortest time possible under the current circumstances.

- By Card for which you will FIRST need to enter your Email, Address and Credit / Debit Card details.

Note about RETURNS:

We stand behind our products 100%. If at any time you are not happy with anything, we'll refund your money - no questions asked. Just re-package the item as received and send it back. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the original item was faulty. Please Contact Us for a Returns Number and use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item, and tell us the details. We will send you an email to notify you about your refund. (or replacement if that is what you prefer).
